We are delighted to welcome as our guest the Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President for COP 26, the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference held last year, & Minister of State at the Cabinet Office.
We are very pleased to invite you and your friends to this dinner which promises to be a lively and informative evening. Our speaker chairs the Climate Action Implementation Cabinet Committee to coordinate government action towards net zero by 2050, a topic which divides opinion on how it’s to be achieved.
Be part of the evenings debate or just come and listen. Alok has been the Member of Parliament for Reading West since 2010. Prior to entering Parliament, he qualified as a chartered accountant working for 16 years within banking. He held senior roles based out of London, Stockholm and Frankfurt.
