Latest Wiltshire COVID-19 cases

There were 5,627 confirmed positive cases in Wiltshire in the seven days prior to 4 January 2022, bringing the total number of positive cases since the start of the pandemic to 82,390. Case numbers in Wiltshire continue to be among the highest in our local region.

The rate of cases per 100,000 in Wiltshire increased from 791.8 last week to 1,116.3, which is below the current case rate in England of 1,508.1 (GOV.UK data as of 3 January 2022 at 5pm). Whilst the case rate in Wiltshire is below the national average, it is increasing so we all need to play our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
