Richard has been involved in the finance arena since 1980 and is an alumnus of Oxford and City Universities. Married to Jenny since 1991, he has four children. He received an OBE from Her Majesty the Queen for services to business and to the community in the UAE, where the family lived for some years. He now runs his own business, which works internationally but is largely centred on the UK and the UAE. More locally, he is Chairman of the Devizes & District Foodbank, Treasurer of St James Church Devizes and of Devizes Opendoors as well as of St Francis School Pewsey.
